| 摘 要： | 台湾农地金融制度具有:农村金融与合作金融一元化;农地金融网络完善,覆盖地域广阔;农地金融管理制度严格,经营范围具有内向性和区域性;农村资金来源多部门、多渠道,农贷规模较大等特点。这对大陆创设农地金融制度具有重要的借鉴作用:建立农地金融制度的目的,是解决农业发展资金的“瓶颈”约束;土地制度改革是农地金融制度设立的前提;政府支持、合作信用是农地金融构建的原则;明晰农地产权关系,推动农地流转市场发育是建立农地金融的基础;稳定的社会经济秩序是发展农地金融的支撑。

| Abstract: | The rural land financial system of Taiwan is advantageous in unification of rural area banking and corporate finance , flawless rural financial system network, strict regulation, introversive and regional operation range, multi channel capital source and substantial agricultural loans. It is helpful lessons for mainland to establish rural financial system. |
