| 摘 要： | 以C/S体系结构为基础,使用Visual Basic 6.0作为前台开发工具,SQL Server 2000做后台数据库,设计并实现了高校科研项目管理信息系统。文章阐述了系统架构设计、系统处理功能设计及系统的性能分析与设计技巧。该系统已投入运行,运行状况良好,证明了系统设计方法和思想的正确性。
