技工院校德育课内外一体化教学模式的实践

摘    要:德育一直是学校教育的工作重点,其目的是培养能独立思考的、尊重社会公德的劳动者,使学生具有是非判断能力和行为选择能力。技工院校承担着为社会主义现代化建设培养大批高素质技能型劳动者的神圣职责,对学生进行全面的德育教育,培养他们吃苦耐劳、团结协作、互助友爱、无私奉献的精神显得尤为重要。随着我国技工院校一体化教学改革的推进,改革德育教育模式势在必行。

Abstract:Moral education has been the focus of the work of school education,whose purpose is to foster workers having independent thinking and respecting social morality so that they have non-judgment and behavior selection capability. Technician institutions are responsible for training a large number of high-quality skilled workers. Conducting a comprehensive moral education to students and fostering their spirit of hard work, unity, cooperation, camaraderie and selfless dedication seem particularly important. Moral education is also a prerequisite for building a harmonious and civilized campus.With the advancement of integrated teaching reform in our institutions, the reform of moral education mode is imperative.
