Attribute of Higher Vocational Education and its Internal Requirements

Based on the concept analyzing of education, higher education and higher vocational education, the article analyzes the education attribute, higher attribute and occupation attribute of higher vocational education, and points out that training high technical and skilled personnel is the internal requirement of the higher attribute; stressing the vocational skill education, following the law of skilled personnel training is the essential requirement of the vocational attribute; the education of all-round development is the inevitable requirement of educational attribute.
