高职班主任人文素养现状调查研究

摘    要:国家的发展离不开教育,教育的成败关键在于教师素质的高低。教师专业素养高低可以决定学生职业技能的高下,而教师人文素养的高低却影响着学生人生道路选择的成败。因此,教师的人文素养正受到社会越来越多的关注。笔者正受此影响,并在国家大力发展职业教育的感召下,将视角关注到高职五年制班主任人文素养上来,以某高职院校五年制教学部门为例,对班主任人文素养进行了个案研究。

Abstract:The development of a nation can not break away from education, the success of education depends on the qualities of teachers. The speciality qualities of a teacher can decide the level of students'professional skills, while the human attainments of a teacher will influence the choice of students" life course. Therefore the human attainments of teachers are receiving more and more social concerns.Under the situation, and in response to the call of developing vocational education vigorously from the state, the author shifts attention to the human attainments of Five-year higher vocational education class advisers, and carries out the case study about human attainments of class advisers combined with the example of Fushun vocational technology Institute.
