教师培训的实效性问题与需求分析方略

摘    要:随着教师培训的重心由学历培训向进一步提高教师的专业水平和业务修养的转移,原有的具有学历教育特征的培训模式面临新挑战,实效性问题越来越突出。适应成人教育的特性,提高教师培训实效性应加强对教师培训需求的分析。需求分析的侧重点是教师内在的学习需要,方法采用自上而下的“菜单式”调查和自下而上的问卷调查。

Abstract:The focus of teachers training is now shifting from formal schooling to raising teachers' professional level. Faced with a new challenge teachers training should be adapted to the features of adult education and the demand analysis should also be strengthened so as to enhance the effectiveness. While making a demand analysis, emphasis should be put on teachers' internal need by "menu-type" investigation (that is "from top to bottom") or "questionaire-type" investigation (that is "from bottom to top") .
