对济宁市农村妇女向非农产业转移的思考

改革开放以来，济宁市农村现代化得以迅速发展，有一大批“打工嫂”、“打工妹”也参与到生产劳动、经济活动中来。但从现状看，济宁市农村妇女在向非农产业转移中明显地表现出滞后性，主要是受社会经济、体制、传统陈旧观念、自身素质、土地等方面的制约。要加快济宁市农村妇女向非农产业转移的进程，需要从加快农村乡镇企业的发展、提高农村妇女的素质、发挥群团组织作用、完善社会保障制度等方面着手。
