| 摘 要： | 随着网络化、信息化、数字化时代的到来，崭新的社会经济技术环境使传统的图书馆面临着新的挑战。由传统手工型的图书馆转型到以计算机和网络技术为主导的数字化图书馆是图书馆发展的必然趋势。探讨图书馆在转型过程中遇到的困难和问题，有着重要的现实意义。
