| 摘 要： | 高等教育制度作为一种规范高等教育活动的社会制度,是社会各群体高等教育利益的反映,不同的高等教育制度的选择体现了不同的高等教育理念和价值诉求。本文对高等教育制度选择过程中的人性和政治的争斗进行了分析,评述了高等教育制度变迁历程中的价值追求,对高等教育制度的终极目的作了些探讨。
