| 摘 要： | 建筑工程安全事故多发,作为参与工程的重要一方——工程建设单位,不应忽视其自身在安全管理中的重要作用,本文通过对目前建设工程安全管理现状的分析及与国外管理方法的比较,对如何加强建设单位的安全管理意识、提高建设单位的安全管理水平提出几点建议和看法.

| Abstract: | Now in China,many accidents happened in the construction process.In the process of construction,developer is acting to be an important participators,thus for the developer's responsibility,the idea of the safety management of the construction should not be neglected.In this paper,the present situation for the safety management of construction in China was analyzed,and comparisons of the safety management skills with that of the overseas were made.Some suggestions and opinions of how to enhance developers' awareness of safety and how to increase developers' safety management skills are proposed. |
