税务影像流系统建设方案

摘    要:在CTAIS系统中增加影像流管理功能,通过影像流等信息技术将纸质文档转换为影像文档,使其利用影像文档来替代纸质文档完成业务处理流程,以便提高征管质量,改善纳税服务和自身的工作效率。税务影像流系统将采用多种技术实现系统的各项功能,保证整个系统的实用性、安全性和先进性,其中主要包括扫描技术、图像处理技术、PDF文档技术、无缝外挂技术、电子印章技术等。

Abstract:In electric power system,electric power measurement plays an important role in the process of electric power transmit,electric output and electric supply. Once the electric power metering circuit breaks down,people’s daily life will be seriously affected. In order to address the above problem,electric power department takes large amount of resources to carry out training tasks periodically. The tradational on-the-job training pattern is not only inefficient but also has security threat. A training system for simulating electric metering circuit by means of virtual reality technique has been proposed. First,the common model of the power metering system is generated to construct the three-dimensional teaching environment. And the voice technology is used to implement the interaction pattern and exam pattern. The designed training system can improve the teaching efficiency and reduce 80% of time cost.
