| Abstract: | Based on understanding the necessity of continuing education, and taking the scientific development as the guideline, the article analyses the difficulties and problems existed in continuing education at present. According to current situation of global financial crises and requirements of economic construction on the western coast of the Taiwan Straits,the idea of scientific development of continuing education is proposed. |
