| 摘 要： | 本文以高校图书馆亟待培养信息导航员为题,从网络环境的客观要求、教学科研的实际需要、改善读者服务工作的基本任务和提高图书馆员素质的发展方向等四个方面进行了论述,并提出了培养信息导航员的基本途径。
