| 摘 要： | 针对大学信息资源建设的现状，结合当前大学本科通识教育改革，分析了传统的图书馆收藏模式与教育改革之间存在的问题，论述了大学信息资源体系建设的思路、资源分布网点、图书馆的核心作用与外延功能等，提出整合现有资源，运用定标比超法进行分析研究，创建大学信息资源体系管理模式．

| Abstract: | The author analyzes the existing problems between the traditional library collections model and the education reform on the basis of current situation of the construction of information resources of universities and the current undergraduate general education reform. The paper discusses the ideas, resources distribution network, the library＇s central role and function of the extension, and so on. Then according to the investigation to current methods of existing resources and using the benchmarking analysis method, the author puts out the creation of the university information resources management system. |
