论设难体

作为一种在汉魏六朝通行且在此后历代长期留存的文体,设难体以其鲜明的文体个性在赋体和问对体中领异标新,以至另立门户。问对是其外在的结构形式,而“设疑以自通”乃是其内在的精神本质。设难体承载着文士们的内心困惑以及自我解惑的心理历程,从而使它具有了超越体式本身的文化意义。

On the Question-and-Answer Style

The question-and-answer style rose in time of the Han and the Wei and the Northern and Southern Dynasty and remained long as a distictive style of writing in the later days.This style of writing was widely accepted in the fu form of writing for its stylistic characteristics.Structuralized in form of question and answer and encoded with the fact that the author questions because he knows,the question-and-answer style offers a means for scholars to show their inner trouble and dispel it by themselves.Hence its cultural value of exceeding the style itself.
