新中国高等院校毕业生就业制度变迁与就业公平

中华人民共和国成立至今,我国高等院校毕业生就业制度经历了从统包统分、双向选择到以市场机制为配置方式的自主择业的变迁.在统包统分政策为主体的时期,高校毕业生就业公平问题并不显著.在以市场机制为主体的自主择业政策下,高校毕业生就业公平问题凸显出来并影响到中国高等教育的发展以及当今社会很多阶层的现实利益,这也使政府通过制定更完善的政策来促进就业市场的公平显得更加必要.

The Employment System Changes and Its Justice about the Graduates of Higher Schools in People's Republic of China

The employment systems about the graduates of higher schools go through three stages such as job assignment on graduation,choice each other and choosing jobs independently.During the period of job assignment,the problem of employment fairness about the graduates does not expose.Under the policy of choosing Jobs independently,the problem of employment fairness about graduate of higher schools exposes remarkably and affects the development of China’s higher education and the real benefits about people of all ranks and classes.These unfair problems show that our government should perfect the employment policies of the graduates of higher schools to make the employment market fair.
