袁世凯逝世后舆论评价之南北观

袁世凯逝世后,以北洋政府为主导的舆论,将袁塑造为“手创民国”的“功臣”,对之极尽颂扬;而在南方革命党人的口诛笔伐之下,袁则完全为“叛国违法”的“元恶”.两种截然相反的评述,反映了民国时期两种政治势力对政局稳定和政治改良的不同考量.在此过程中,“袁世凯”巳非单纯层面上的“民国第一任正式大总统”或者举国征讨的“逆贼”,而已然演变为一种凝聚人心、激励斗志的政治符号.

The Study on the North and the South's Different Evaluations on Yuan Shikai after June 6th, 1916

After the death of Yuan Shikai,as the leading public opinion,the government shaped Yuan as "a hero who had created the Republic of China" and praised him highly.But under the South’s completely condemn both in speech and in writing,Yuan Shikai was a traitor,an offender and a chief criminal.Two diametrically opposite comments reflect the different consideration on the Republic of political stability and political improvement by the two political forces.In this process,"Yuan Shikai" is not only at the level of "the Republic of China’s first official president" or "the usurper national crusaded".It has evolved into a political symbol with the effect of cohesiveness and incentive.
