| 体育专业与非体育专业大学生心理健康水平的比较 | |

| 摘 要： | 文章采用症状检核表（SCL-90），对1193名不同专业大学生进行心理健康水平的调查和分析比较，其中有体育专业（N1=323）、机械专业（N2=555）、医学专业（N3=202）和艺术专业（N4=113）。经.05水平T检验表明，非体育专业大学生的心理健康水平低于国内常模，而体育专业大学生的心理健康水平与国内常模比较接近，在个别因子上优于国内常模。体育专业大学生的心理健康水平在总体上优于非体育专业大学生。据此，提出大学生应更多地参加体育活动，以改善心理健康水平。 |

| Abstract: | With Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90), a total of 1193 students, 20-24 years of age, were tested. The results showed as follow. (1) the factor scores of compulsion, sensitiveness in human relationship, paranoid, depression and hostility were higher than the factor scores of others. (2) The subjects whose factor score higher than middle level were about 20-30 percent. (3) Symptoms above the middle level were different among the freshman, sophomore and junior. (4) The total level of the students of sports was better than that of the students of other specialties. This paper discussed some reasons due to the results and suggested paying more attention to the students' psychological health. |
