Morality-Building Course in university is about the theory of politics and morality, principles of life. To achieve the substantial results of the course,efforts must be made to improve learning activities, keep close to reality, make clear the principles. Thus, it is highly necessary to carry out teaching and learning reform in new approaches.Students should always be kept in a prior state. Communication between teacher and students must be enhanced. Teaching activities should be developed in an enlightening and argumentative way.Besides modern instructional devices should be implemented. And most important is that teachers must improve their competence both theoretically and morally.
