茶叶产业剩余物制备环境友好型复合功能材料的研究与开发

摘    要:茶业资源循环再利用是当前十分热门的话题,以茶产业剩余物——乌龙茶茶梗为材料与工业活性炭为原料、硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸为添加剂,复合制备出具有独特吸附功能的材料。然后采用正交设计实验分别比较了不同添加剂、不同配比复合材料对苯、氨水、以及甲醛的吸附性能,从而来确定出最佳的工艺配方。实验结果表明:(1)在最优条件活性炭含量为80%,硫酸亚铁含量为4%,柠檬酸含量为0%时复合功能材料的吸附性能最佳;(2)加入适当添加剂有利于提高苯吸收值、甲醛吸收值,是制备较高活性炭和茶梗复合制备复合吸附材料的关键。
