| 摘 要： | 以恩玲中学13年的发展为例,从学校科学的发展观、育人观、管理观和教学观等四个方面,探索科学的办学理念在学校发展中的关键作用。实践表明,走科学的内涵式发展道路,实现又好又快发展,是农村薄弱高中在新课程改革背景下的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Through the development of Enling Middle school recent 13 years,the paper explored the scientific educational philosphy that played the key role in the school development from the aspects of scientific concept of development,view of educating people,view of management and teaching.Practice shows that take the scientific content development,achive sound and rapid development can be the only way to rural poor high school in the backround of new curriculum reform. |
