"代课教师"心理状态研究

研究问卷从身份地位、职业动机和人际交往等9个维度对代课教师和公办教师进行测试。研究发现,代课教师的工资收入明显比公办教师低,但是代课教师的职业动机、人际交往等维度表现出比公办教师更加积极的心理状态。这一结论进一步验证了Bruce Stokes提出的随收入增加,幸福感会增加缓慢的＂高原现象＂,同时也验证了陈般若研究发现的＂工作态度对工作收入的影响效果并不显著＂的结论。但是,代课教师的这种心理状态是处在＂休眠期＂,如果长期不解决他们收入过低的问题,这种积极的心理状态就会消失,结果会产生各种心理问题,甚至疾病。为此,建议决策者尽快解决代课教师工资收入太低的问题。

An Analysis of the Inner World of Non-governmental Teachers

The questionnaires tested subjects of＂daike＂teachers and gongban teachers in terms of 9 dimensions such as identities,career motivations,and interpersonal relationships etc..The research findings are that the income of＂daike＂teachers is lower than gongban teachers,but＂daike＂teachers have positive attitude in terms of career motivations,interpersonal relationships etc..The findings proved Bruce Stokes＇ finding that the plateauing in satisfaction with life will happen when their incomes are rising as well as proved Mr.Chen Benruos＇ finding that the effects of working attitude on incomes are not significant greatly.But the state of＂daike＂teachers＇ mind is being in＂dormant state＂.If the situation of lowest incomes can＇t be solved,the positive state of＂daike＂teachers mind will go away and consequently they will have various mental illnesses.So,we have advised that policy-makers have to solve the lower incomes of＂daike＂teachers without any delay and hesitation.
