| Abstract: | It is the important work contents that cooperating with the elementary and middle schools and helping elementary and middle schools to carry on school course construction.In this process,it must utilize the knowledge management strategy,encourages mutually and produces new knowledge.The university must have the action ethics and is willing to be a research tool and forms the close partnership with the elementary school teacher. |
