西部农村对“两免一补”的了解程度与实施效果研究——兼论我国教育改革与教育政策的宣传与普及

摘    要:通过问卷调查和访谈,分析了西部地区学生、家长、教师等利益相关者对"两免一补"政策的了解程度。研究发现,大部分农村教师、学生、家长都对"两免一补"政策有所了解,但"非常了解"的比例还不是很高,了解程度从高到低依次为教师、学生、家长。学生和家长对"两免一补"政策的了解程度影响这一政策的实施效果,因此建议今后应如何进一步加强对教育改革和教育政策的宣传与普及。

Abstract:Through questionnaire and interview,we analyzed the understanding degree to the new mechanism of the counterpart.We found,the majority of countryside teacher,the student and the guardians have the understanding to the new mechanism,but the understanding is not very high.The understanding degree from high to low is: the teacher,the student,the guardian.The understanding of the students and the guardian to this policy affect its effect.In this article,we put forward some suggest about how to strengthen propaganda and popularization of the education reforms and the education policy.
