宽严相济刑事政策在处理特殊妇女人群贩毒中的运用——以临沧市为视角

近年来，我国特殊妇女人群贩毒问题日益突出。运用宽严相济刑事政策研究特殊妇女人群贩毒问题，预防、控制和打击、处理特殊妇女人群犯罪，是司法实践中亟待解决的问题。文章结合云南省临沧市边境缉毒工作的实际情况，从运用宽严相济刑事政策的视角，通过对临沧市一段时期特殊妇女人群贩毒问题的特点及原因的分析，提出处理特殊妇女人群贩毒问题的对策与建议。

Alternates Mercy and Severity in the Punishment of Special Women Drug Smugglers

In Recent years,Women selling drugs has been an increasing severe problems in our country.To alternate mercy and severity in the Punishment is the urgent task for the judicial practice,including prevention, control,and attack of the women criminals'behavior.The essay will take Lincang for example to discuss the cooperated use of mercy and severity in punishment of women criminals by analyzing the criminal causes and characteristics.Finally the author gives some suggestions and countermeasures for the punishment of these special criminals.
