| Abstract: | In the industrialization process, industrial waste, the waste gas and solid waste discharging, the transportation exhaust in the urbanization and the tourism booming all have influence on Luoyang urban environment. Through analysis, this article proposed the effective measures of development with protection to maintain a sustainable economy for Luoyang. |
