| 摘 要： | 广州旧城荔湾湖公园一带是传统的贸易商业地和岭南文化的主要发源地之一,近年来城市游憩产业发展已成为该社区重要的经济支柱和旧城更新、城市社区重构的价值取向.本研究利用景观判读、深入访谈和问卷调查法,针对社区肌理物质和非物质的双层属性,研究社区尺度的历史表像、空间肌理、交流特征、环境尺度和文化符号,进而从物质和非物质角度剖析城市游憩业发展带来的社区肌理的重构.

| Abstract: | The community of the Liwan Lake Park is one of the oldest districts in Guangzhou.There are many recreational establishments such as restaurants,retail shops and antique shops around the Liwan Lake Park.Also are the important historic sites,old houses and local buildings.With the development of urban recreation,it has become a main economic branch and a fashion of real estate investment.The data are collected by sight observation,deep-in visit and questionnaires to study the historic pictures,spatial texture,communion character,circumstance and cultural signs in the community level.This article discusses the reform of community texture in the development of urban recreation in physical and nonphysical aspects. |
