| 摘 要： | 一个地区产业结构是否合理,不在于高新技术产业所占比重的大小,而在于产业结构是否符合该地区实际。河南人力资源的状况决定了在未来较长的一段时间内,河南具有竞争力的产业仍将集中在劳动密集型产业领域,而就业的压力也要求河南把发展劳动密集型产业放在重要地位。

| Abstract: | Whether the industry structure of one region is rational or not is determined by the structure' s according to the actual situations of one region, instead of the percentage of high and new technology industry. Manpower resource conditions of Henan determine that the competitive industry will be still concenstrating on the labour-intensive industry field in a long period of time. The pressure of obtaining employment also forces Henan to stress the importance of the labour-intensive industry. |
