| 摘 要： | 由于地理气候条件等因素,四川处于自然灾害频发地区,给社会生产和人民生活造成重大影响,加之南京国民政府时期川省兵祸不断、政治动荡,更是使灾荒变本加厉,本文拟对这一时期川省的灾荒救济进行研究,探讨南京国民政府时期四川的灾荒救济及政府的应对机制,以深入了解这一时期川省的社会救济情况。
