| 摘 要： | 腐败作为当前我国向市场经济转轨过程中的一个极具消极影响的问题 ,越来越为人们所关注。本文从经济学角度对腐败的含义进行界定 ,并对腐败参与人的经济行为规律进行了分析。通过对受贿和贪污两种腐败行为的模型推导 ,得出结论 :经济人追求利润最大化的动机构成了腐败的动力基础 ,政府对市场的过度干预是造成腐败的体制根源 ,国有资源产权不明晰构成了腐败的诱致性因素 ,促使了腐败的多样性发生。正是这些经济因素构成了腐败的经济性根源

| Abstract: | The article defines economic means of corruption, analyzes the economic roots of corruption and bring to light economic activity law of corrupt persons.By derivation in the corruption models of bribe and embezzlement,the article suggests that the factors of corruption supply ,corruption demand and corruption tendency stimulated by unreasonable economic system and economic measures cause increasing corruption.
