| 摘 要： | PPP模式下现代学徒制是顺应社会发展的产物,其对高职院校培养综合性技能人才具有重要意义。从现代学徒制、PPP模式的定义入手,阐述在PPP框架下推广校企合作性质的现代学徒制的意义,并以陕西能源职业技术学院医学院为例进行分析,提出相应政策建议。
