| Abstract: | The class is a body with a wide range of interests intertwining. A harmony class depends on the construction of the mechanisms under which the wide range of interests can be achieved. The mechanisms includes the mechanism of interest value-orientation,the mechanism of appealing for and expression of interests,the mechanism of restraint and supervision,the mechanism of resolving conflicts between different interests,the mechanism of coordination of different interests,and the mechanism of benefit-sharing. |
