| 摘 要： | 本研究采用卡特尔16种个性因素测验（16PF）对泸州市高职大学生进行个性心理检测，并对其结果从各年级大专学生16种人格特质测验的平均值与标准差、次元人格因素分析、男生与女生的人格特质比较、独生子女与非独生子女的人格特质比较、城市与农村学生的人格特质比较等几方面进行初步分析．．研究结果将对高职院校的学生管理工作、心理健康教育工作的开展、学生良好个性品质的塑造等有重要的参考价值.

| Abstract: | This study employs Cattell＇s 16 Personality Factor Test （16PF） to lest the l,uzhuu Vocational college students＂ psychology and personality. The paper analyses the average,standard deviation and sub-ele- ment of 16 personality trait tests of the college students in all grades and personality traits,and the comparison between boys and girls, between the only child and non-only child, between urban and rural students. The re- sults will he of important referential value to the work of vocational college students managenment,mental health education work and a good personality shaping. |
