人格观对德育教育的启示

摘    要:人格问题是一个被多学科整合与研究的对象,哲学意义上的人格侧重于对人终极意义的关怀,即人的主体性、创造性、自为性或人的全面发展,而心理学意义上的人格侧重于对人终极关怀的心理调适过程、二者在本质上是一致的,植根于人文精神的人格教育真正意义上促进了德育的发展.

Abstract:The issue of personality is a muhi-disciplinary integration and the object of study. The philosophical sense of personality lotuses on the ultimate meaning of human care,that is,human subjectivity, creativity,self behavior and all-round human development,while the psychological sense of personality focuses on people's ultimate concern for the process of the psychological adjustment. Both are in agreement in nature. Personality education,which is rooted in the humanistic spirit,can promote the development of moral education in a real sense.
