| 摘 要： | 我国国有企业经营者激励机制经历了一系列的改革,取得了一定的成效,但仍然存在着许多问题需要改进。本文从正向激励和反向激励两方面分析了目前国有企业经营者激励机制存在的问题,并应用实证分析的方法重点剖析了经济激励方面存在的问题,以期对调动经营者的积极性、构建有效的经营者激励机制有所裨益。

By means of empirical study approach, the author analyses the problems in economic motivation, in the hope of mobilizing the enthusiasm of the proprietor as well as establishing the effective motivation mechanism for the proprietor. |
