掺杂表面活性剂和Bi^3+离子对ZnO:Eu^3+纳米颗粒的发光性能的影响

摘    要:利用两步共沉淀法,通过填加金属离子Bi^3+和表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB),聚乙二醇-400(PEG-400),聚乙二醇-4000(PEG-4000),十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)制备出稀土发光材料ZnO:Eu^3+.结果表明:加入表面活性剂和金属离子对发光材料ZnO:Eu^3+的发光性能有较大的影响,其中以同时加入SDS和Bi^3+离子能够有效地增强ZnO:Eu^3+粉体的红光发射,对其发光性能影响最大.

Abstract:Eu~(3+)- doped ZnO nanomaterials have been synthesized by two - step co - precipitation method.Metal ions Bi~(3+) and surfactant Cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB),polyethylene glycol - 400(PEG - 400),polyethylene glycol -4000(PEG -4000) and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) were introduced into Eu^3+ - doped ZnO nanomaterials.The results show that the metal ions and surfactant have great effect on the luminescence properties of Eu^3+ - doped ZnO nanomaterials.Among them,the SDS and Bi^3+ ions can effectively enhance the red emission of ZnO:Eu^3+ powders.
