| 摘 要： | "一村一名大学生计划"是教育部将高等教育延伸到农村的一项新举措。通过对某职业技术学院农民大学生基本情况的调查分析,掌握了农民大学生的学习动机与学习特点,从而提出培养农民大学生的合理化建议。

| Abstract: | ＂The Program of a college student for a village＂ is a new initiative, by which the Ministry of Education will extend higher education to rural areas. Farmer college students＇ motivations and features of learning are mastered by analyzing their background and learning situation. And some reasonable suggestions on cultivating them are put forward. |
