智能化企业电子邮件分类管理模型研究

通过对电子邮件数据具有的特点和电子邮件数据表示的介绍,从数据管理、技术、应用等三个方面对电子邮件管理的内涵进行了分析。在分析的基础上提出了数据-技术-应用(DTA)电子邮件管理框架,进一步得出了以邮件知识管理为核心的智能化企业电子邮件管理系统模型。

Research on the Model of Intelligent Enterprise Email Classification Management

Email,which is the most widely utilized application on the Internet,is one of the most important communica- ting tools carrying masses of useful information for business operation.Aiming at providing effective and efficient solution for managing business emails,this paper makes an analysis on the connotation of email management,while plumbing the contents of email management from three layers:data management,technology and application.By explaining character- istics and expression of email data,the study brings forward a management frame named"DTA",based on which email classification and management model has been further explored as well.
