US Biosecurity Think Tanks:The Analysis of Bipartisan Commissionon Biodefense

Purpose/Significance]It can provide inspiration and reference for the construction of the same type of think tanks in China by analyzing the basic situation,research contents,main characteristics and the influence of government biosecurity policy of the Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense,which is an American biosecurity think tank.Method/Process]With the help of literature research,content analysis and other methods,it sorts out the historical evolution,sources of funding,crew composition,management mode and other basic information of the Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense,and analyses the research priorities of the think tank based on the six published research reports.Result/Conclusion]The study found that the Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense has the characteristics of topic focalization,personnel specialization and standardization of evaluation,and it has some impact on US biosecurity policy.
