| 摘 要： | 本文主要分析了企业联盟的利益分配问题。针对现实企业联盟中存在的不平等性和因信息不完全引致的不确定性问题,本文引入了贴现因子和信任度两个概念,建立了不确定性环境下不平等联盟的利益分配理论模型,全面分析了企业“先动优势”、“后发优势”以及不能结盟的情况。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the interest allotment of enterprise alli ance.Directed to the uncertainty and the inequality that results from imperfect information of market.Two new concepts are put introduced:reliance degree and di scount factor.An interest allotment model of unequal alliance under uncertain en vironment is built theoretically.This model completely analyses the first-mover advantage and last-mover advantage and the situation under which enterprise al liance can not be formed. |
