Analysis on OA Model Development and Countermeasures in China

OA model has been emerged and developed in the age of internet.As a new type of academic way,scientific achievements published way,exchanging and sharing way,OA model has received widespread attention in the theorists by its novel development idea and unique development pattern,and has initiated the thorough research and discussion.This article is based on the brief overview of OA model,expounds the necessity of developing OA model,analyzes the main factors which influence the development of OA model,and finally proposes some countermeasures for improving the OA model.
