| 摘 要： | 平行进口是由于知识产权与国际贸易相结合而产生的一种现象,对于商标平行进口是否合法,在国际法范围内,尚没有国际条约对其做出明确的规定.本文在分析各国及地区对商标平行进口的国内法规定的基础上,对其合法性进行探究.

| Abstract: | The parallel import is a combination of the property right of intelligence with international trade. It haven't stipulated clearly by international treaties within the regime of international law. Based on the domestic law concerning with the parallel imported trade mark in different countries and areas, the paper discusses its legality. |
