A Taxonomic Approach to Integrating Job Analysis with Training Front–End Analysis

This article poses the following two questions relating to training effectiveness evaluation: (1) Are the appropriate and needed knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics being trained? and (2) Do the skill levels obtained meet the minimum requirements of the job? This article presents these questions, and seeks to address processes that need to be developed in order to collect appropriate data and supporting algorithms for analyses.
