教学是教育活动的重心,是教师与学生共同参与的一种活动历程。而教师是决定教学质量的关键因素之一,教师的信念影响着其对教学任务与目标的设定,并对教师选择教学方法、教学策略和教学资源利用有着重要影响。因此,教学活动应该考虑效能的问题,本文通过对某市区高中的体育教师进行调查、走访,结果认为教学前的思考是影响体育教师课堂教学效能的前提。
