摘    要:基于个体生态学的方法论,将企业高层管理团队(TMT)视为生命体,揭示其运作系统(包括内部生命系统和外部生态因子)的构成要素及战略影响机制.在此基础上,构建了企业TMT的全面协同度评价模型,用以识别生命体内的不良基因、衰退细胞及环境中的限制因子,以期解决企业TMT"优化什么"的问题;提出针对诸制约因素的优化路径,以期解决企业TMT"如何优化"的问题.

Abstract:Based on the methodology of Individual Ecology,this paper regarded the TMT as a life body,revealed the principle of TMT operation system by exploring the impact of TMT life system and ecological factors on the TMT strategic behavior,constructed the evaluation model for the total synergy degree of TMT so that enterprises can recognize bad genes and cells in the TMT life body and limited ecological factors in the environment,and then provided several optimization paths.The research will be useful for the specific enterprise to identify the constraints of its TMT and to promote the optimizing countermeasures directly.
