群体动力学视域下虚拟班级管理策略的研究

应用信息技术构建起来的虚拟班级,已成为促进学生发展的一种重要学习组织.但是,由于缺乏对虚拟班级的有效管理,导致虚拟班级出现内聚力差、班级活力低、秩序乱等问题.为了解决这些问题,可以借助群体动力学理论,把虚拟班级看作一个群体,并从内聚力、目标、领导方式、气氛、结构五个方面探究相应的管理策略,以确保虚拟班级成员个性化发展和整体绩效的发挥,促使虚拟班级健康、可持续发展.
