| 摘 要： | 法国“现代混合经济体制”的成功在一定程度上应归功于政府对国有企业实行的分类管理。本通过对我国国有经济现状的考察，论述了分类管理在我国国企改革中应用的必要性及其战略意义，并进一步指出了在国有经济战略性改组中实行分类管理的难点和对策。
