| Abstract: | Network library is the senior stage of the development of the librarianship. The conception of macroscopic management must be established in order to realize the network environment of the library. And the improvement of synthetical benefits must be aimed at. What's more, we should cany the microscopic management and organization, fully develop the overall advantages and latent energy of the system, and constantly improve the staff's ability and quality. |
