文科研究生"研读"能力发展问题的几点看法

文科类研究生要想发现问题,归纳问题,激发出灵感和培养出创造性思维必须通过研读大量的本专业和相关专业的资料。然而目前高校文科研究生的"研读"能力十分匮乏,无法潜身静心地读书或是囫囵吞枣地读书,以至于专业知识的掌握以及对最后结业论文的撰写都带来了困难。本文主要是针对这一现象和问题,从研究生自身和导师两个方面,提出了相对应的解决措施和要求。
