| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员"非专业化"的客观现实普遍存在,辅导员个体尤其是新入职的青年辅导员对辅导员专业化发展的认识还比较模糊,职业认同感较低。辅导员尤其是青年辅导员是高校教师管理队伍的重要组成部分,迫切需要在工作实践中不断增强专业化发展意识,尽早确立专业发展方向,制定职业生涯规划,谋划个人职业发展。
